RCI Fuel Purifier

The RCI Technologies fuel purifier is a unique product utilizing the well known simple "centrifugal" principle. By using this principle, water and other contaminates are separated from the fuel. This eliminates fuel filter clogging, related breakdowns, down time, and frequent filter replacement.

As the fuel enters the purifier, it flows through an internal baffle system which causes the fuel to move in a circular movement. Once the fuel is moving in this manner, it collides with a deflector plate which separates free water, suspended solids, and contaminates from the fuel. These impurities accumulate at the bottom and remain there until drained. Only the clean diesel fuel rises to the top providing a cleaner burning fuel for quicker ignition and better combustion. Consistently cleaner fuel helps increase the engine's dependability, power, and efficiency.

On the FP 80-E, FP 400-E and FP 700-M an optional heating element is available to preheat the fuel. This process helps liquefy the paraffin providing better lubrication for the entire fuel system including the pump and injectors. This heating element eliminates any wax or gelling problem.

The RCI Technologies Fuel Purifier is inexpensive, simple to install, and provides 'The Permanent Solution' to fuel system management and control. RCI Technologies offers an optional water sensor kit which provides a signal indicating purging is required.
