The business was started in 2003 but didn't really get going until 2004 when we secured a large contract with Speedy Power. The project was to install 1000 hour service kits on small generators powering mobile phone masts for Hutchisons, O2 & Airwave. These generators were going to be located all over the UK and into the most remote areas of our Island. During a very short timeframe we fitted around 500 units at Genset in Port Talbot and perhaps 50 more at various locations around the country. See our gallery. Off of the back of this project many doors opened to the other plant hirers and our business really got started. The plant hire industry now view us as Market Leaders in engine service extension and our business continues to grow.

In the early days Josephine, Tom & Mark handled the Sales, Marketing, Business Development and installations working out of the spare room at home. Now we operate out of a 4500 sq ft warehouse, and employ enough people to ensure our customers receive not only good efficient service but also one with a friendly family feel. Being a family business we really do bend over backwards to please our customers, and help them where we can.
